Nice to meet you, I'm Nathan.

I'm a recent graduate from the University of Washington, where I studied Human Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE). As a designer, I enjoy immersing myself in different problem spaces and digging deep to understand user challenges, motivations, and interactions with technology. I'm currently doing this at Sound Transit, the fastest growing public transit agency in the United States!

My design experience spans startup, healthcare, and public agency spaces – each one has taught me something new! Being a newcomer is my strength, and I pride myself on my ability to understand systems and technical problems quickly.

Outside of internships, I enjoy learning choreographies, being my friends' and family's travel guide, and (occasionally) going outside! Scroll down to see some of my recent favorites.
